Job Description:

Lead the distribution of food at one of our Free Groceries sites with the help of other dedicated volunteers and the support of Second Harvest staff. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

·         Leading the setup, distribution, and cleanup

·         Creating a warm and welcoming environment

·         Ensuring all safety guidelines are followed

·         Delegating tasks such as client check-in, traffic control, and food distribution

Helpful Skills to Have:

·       You are friendly, patient, and eager to work with clients and volunteers of diverse  backgrounds

·       Can work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve

·        Ability to lift 20+ pounds

·        Bilingual
